 Yes! Every Skulls & Sass product is handmade and prepared with care. Because they're handmade, slight variations in appearance may occur from one product to another. 

 Fragrance strength can vary depending on the product, fragrance, room size, and personal preference. We offer a variety of scents ranging from light and fresh to bold and strong. 

 Yes. Custom orders require additional preparation time, so they may take longer to process than our ready-to-ship products. We'll provide an estimated timeframe when your custom order is placed. 

Because our products are handmade, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

 If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can review the situation. 

 Keep wax products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat. Heat can cause wax to soften or melt. 

 Yes! Our products make great gifts, and gift sets or customized options may be available depending on what you're looking for.
